Deploy the platform in the agreed hosted environment and maintain controlled technical access. Environment profiles, configuration, and any additional testing or training environments are confirmed during planning.
Monitoring & Backups
Monitor the agreed platform and infrastructure components and manage scheduled backups. Backup retention, recovery procedures, coverage, and escalation responsibilities are documented for the deployment.
Maintenance & Updates
Maintain the standard platform, code, and interfaces; apply agreed security updates and patching through controlled changes. Client-specific development and expanded customization require separate planning.
Technical Support
Provide standard technical support within the active service term. Confirm support channels, hours, escalation procedures, and any response commitments in the agreement.

Before Deployment
Confirm the platform configuration, environments, required integrations, access controls, implementation responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.

What Remains with Your Institution

Your institution owns customer onboarding decisions, transaction authorization, business policies, product terms, regulatory approvals, and its compliance program.
External payment processing, screening, identity, card, and market-data services remain separate provider arrangements unless explicitly included.
